At Sistaco™ USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Mineral Bond purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your return to our designated USA distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
